Multicultural Center of Marin (MCM) will provide a culturally and linguistically appropriate diversity, equity and inclusion training for Marin 9 to 25 community partners.

MCM's core services, programs, opportunities and overall operations are centered and grounded on cultural competence, humility and responsiveness. This is expressed not only in MCM's mission, agency values and principles, but in practice. Combined with MCM workforce's lived experiences as BIPOC residents of Marin County and their professional expertise, MCM is poised and have provided culturally and linguistically appropriate diversity trainings throughout the county for and with its partnering agencies.
