County Instagram Content Deliverables

Description of Project:

  • Find Your Way (Annika)

  • Marin sustainability opportunities (Grace-May)

  • Suicide prevention awareness & september 14 COM event (Kate)

  • Fire preparedness/emergency preparedness (Caroline)

  • Restrictive covenant (Kate)

  • Men & Boys wellness (Jake)

Background (why are we doing this?):

  • To create community engagement/build community on Instagram.

  • Create content with: relatable language, non-cliche images and words, diversity of topics and images, interesting/not all the same.

Goals (what are you trying to achieve?):

  • Attention Grabbing/unique/dynamic/experimental

  • Comprehensive but understandable

  • Use of videos/testimonials/quotes to “humanize” so that youth can recognize themselves in youth featured and feel connected to their local government and countywide resources

  • Develop outreach plan for how to roll out any series

Implementation Plan (how is it going to get done?):

  • Team to work independently in Canva on their chosen assignments and set individual goals including the “why” behind their posts

  • Team to design look and feel in collaboration with Julia and Angelina

  • Team to consult with PIO Team (Angelina) with draft for input

Target (who is our audience?):

  • Younger people, students

  • Community accounts–examples: west marin feed, KWMR radio
